Deer Enchiladas is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. deer roast, cooked and shredded or chopped, 1 pkg. (12-inch) flour tortillas, 1 can enchilada sauce, 2 c. grated cheddar cheese or monterey jack cheese and 1 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Warm tortillas until pliable.
Place 1/4 cup of each ingredient in tortilla and roll.
Place in pan; pour sauce over tortillas.
Bake at 375Β° for 40 minutes.
