Deep Fried Ice Cream
Deep Fried Ice Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with vanilla ice cream, cooking oil, corn flakes, cinnamon sugar* and honey, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Roll ice cream into balls and refreeze.
Heat oil until hot. Crush corn flakes and roll ice cream balls in corn flakes until well covered.
One at a time, place balls on slotted spoon and dip into oil.
(Do not drop off spoon.) Leave in oil until corn flakes are browned, about 2 to 3 seconds.
Roll in cinnamon sugar and place in serving dish.
Drizzle with honey, top with whipped cream and serve.
One ball per serving.
