Deep Freeze Pickles
Deep Freeze Pickles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. salt, 1 qt. water, 6 large cucumbers, sliced, 2 large onions, sliced thin and 1 c. vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Mix sugar and vinegar together first before you start slicing onions and cucumbers.
Let stand 2 hours.
Be sure to mix this real good.
Slice cucumbers thin and onions thin.
Soak in salt and water for 2 hours.
Drain and rinse.
Pour vinegar and sugar over cucumbers and onions.
Let stand for 10 minutes.
Put in freezer boxes in the freezer.
Take out and use as needed.
