Mix 2-3 lb. raw hamburger as you would normally for meatloaf. Flatten the meatloaf out on a cookie sheet in the shape of a rectangle.

Take 1 pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed and drained, and lay it down the middle 1/3 of the rectangle the long way.

Roll up rectangle from both sides to the middle.

Turn the roll so the seam is on the bottom.
