Dee's Frozen Punch
Dee'S Frozen Punch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 oz.) pkg. jell-o (cherry or lime), 1 qt. cold water, 1 qt. hot water, 1/2 c. lemon juice and 1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Mix Jell-O and sugar.
Add 1 quart boiling water and mix well. Add cold water and lemon and pineapple juices.
Pour into gallon plastic container and freeze.
When ready to serve, allow to sit at room temperature 3 to 6 hours, depending on temperature.
Let thaw partially until mushy.
Add 2 quarts ginger ale.
Serves 40 punch cups.
