Decadent Turtle Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. german chocolate cake mix (with pudding), 3 c. chopped pecans, divided, 3/4 c. butter, melted, 1/3 c. evaporated milk and 1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, 2 cups pecans, butter and 1/3 cup evaporated milk.
Stir well.
Press half of mixture into a greased and floured 9 x 13 baking pan.

Remove and set aside.
