Debbie's Salad
Debbie'S Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 pkg. spinach, 1/2 lb. bacon, cooked, 3 hard-boiled eggs, 1/2 head lettuce and 1/2 pkg. frozen peas (put in frozen), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Put spinach in bowl.
Press down and season with salt and pepper.
Add bacon and chopped eggs.
Break lettuce and put on top.
Season again and layer next with peas and onions, then cheese.
Cover completely with mayonnaise.
Cover bowl tightly and put in refrigerator overnight.
Toss just before serving.
