Death by Chocolate
Death By Chocolate is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large pkg. brownie mix, 1/2 c. chopped pecans, 3 boxes jell-o instant chocolate mousse, 8 heath or skor candy bars and 2 large containers cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Bake brownies according to directions, adding chopped pecans, if desired.
Bake in 9 x 12-inch pan.
When done, punch holes with fork and pour coffee mixture over the brownies.
Mix chocolate mousse according to directions on box and set aside.
(You can make your own mousse by preparing 2 boxes of instant chocolate pudding according to directions and adding 2 cups of Cool Whip to it.) Crush candy bars and set aside (freezing makes the candy easier to break).
In a large trifle bowl, layer crumbled brownies, mousse, candy and Cool Whip in that order.
Repeat layers three times. Serves 15 to 20 people.
