Dayton Brunch Scramble
Dayton Brunch Scramble is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. bread cubes (no crust), 2 1/2 c. milk, 12 eggs, beaten, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Heat oven to 400Β°.
Soak bread cubes in milk for 5 minutes. Drain unabsorbed milk into beaten eggs.
Set bread cubes aside. Add salts to egg mixture. Scramble over medium heat until half cooked. Stir in bread crumbs. Put mixture in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle with Swiss cheese. Top with bacon. Bake 20 minutes.
