Davinci Acini Di Pepe Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. davinci macaroni, 2 c. mandarin oranges, 1 c. pineapple tidbits, 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows and 3 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook macaroni for 30 minutes and drain well.
Drain fruit. Heat juice.
Add flour, sugar and beaten eggs until thickened. Combine thickened juice and macaroni. Let set to cool well.
Add fruit, marshmallows and Cool Whip.
Refrigerate to set.
