David's Sausage Balls
David'S Sausage Balls is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. pork sausage, 1 lb. cheese (either cubed velveeta or shredded cheddar) and 3 c. bisquick, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Mix all ingredients well, using hands is the easiest way to do it.
Make rounded teaspoonful size balls.
Place on cookie sheets. Bake at 375Β° for about 10 minutes until browned.
These freeze well; before cooking, freeze balls on cookie sheet, then put in Ziploc bag until ready to use them.
Bake, increasing time to about 15 minutes.
