Date Tarts
Date Tarts is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, separated, 3/4 c. sugar, 1 lb. dates, 2 c. nuts and 2 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Beat egg yolks until light.
Add sugar and blend thoroughly. Cut dates and chop nuts.
Combine flour and baking powder and sprinkle over dates.
Add along with nuts to egg mixture.
Fold in well beaten egg whites.
Add vanilla.
Bake in well-greased muffin tins (or paper baking cups).
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
Serve warm or cold with whipped cream.
Yields 16 to 18 tarts.
