Date Pecan Balls
Date Pecan Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. soft butter or margarine, 1/2 c. sugar, 2 tsp. vanilla, 2 c. sifted flour and 2 c. ground pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Cream butter and sugar.
Add vanilla and mix.
Add flour and mix.
Blend in pecans and dates.
Roll teaspoonfuls of dough into balls.
Refrigerate balls for 1 to 2 hours.
Bake at 350Β° on a greased cookie sheet for approximately 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and roll balls into powdered sugar.
Sprinkle them again with powdered sugar after cookies have cooled.
