Date Nut Cake
Date Nut Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped fine, 1 1/2 c. graham crackers, crushed fine, 1 1/2 c. dates, chopped, 1 1/2 tbsp. melted butter and 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Cream sugar and butter until light.
Add egg yolks, flour, baking powder, cracker crumbs, chopped nuts, dates and vanilla. Fold in beaten egg whites.
Pour into 3 greased and floured cake pans.
Bake in a 325Β° oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
Check for doneness.
Put together with whipped cream.
