Date Balls
Date Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. sifted all-purpose flour, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/3 c. sifted confectioners sugar, 1/2 c. margarine or butter and 1 tbsp. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine flour and salt; sift twice.
Cream butter.
Gradually add sugar, then milk and vanilla.
Stir in flour.
Blend in dates.
Roll into 1-inch balls.
Place 3 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 300Β° for 20 minutes or until light brown. While still warm, roll in confectioners sugar.
