Darrell's Goulash
Darrell'S Goulash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. tenderloin, cut into 1/2 to 3/4-inch cubes, 2 tbsp. oil, salt, large onion, cut in half and sliced and 1 qt. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Brown meat in oil and season with salt.
Add onions and saute until tender.
Add water, soup base, salt and paprika.
Cook until meat is tender (falling apart).
Add tomatoes.
Heat to boiling. Mix cornstarch and water.
Add to broth to thicken.
Serve over noodles.
