Darnisha'S Irresistible Peanut Butter Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. jif creamy peanut butter, 1/2 c. crisco shortening, 1 1/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar, 3 tbsp. milk and 1 tbsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Place sheets of foil on countertop for cooling cookies.
Combine flour, salt and baking soda.
Add to creamed mixture at low speed.
Mix just until blended.
Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls 2 in. apart onto ungreased cookie baking sheet.
Flatten slightly in crisscross patterns with fork.
Bake for 7-8 minutes.
Cool 2 minutes on baking sheet.
