Danish Puff
Danish Puff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 1 c. butter or margarine, softened, 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 1 c. water and 1 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Blend and mix to a paste the first two ingredients.
Round into a ball and divide in two.
Put into two long strips on ungreased baking sheet.
Then mix the butter, water and almond.
Bring to a boil.
Remove from heat.
Add flour and sugar.
When smooth, add eggs, one at a time, beating well.
Divide in two and spread evenly over pastry.
Bake 1 hour in 350Β° oven.
Do not underbake.
