Mix the first 3 ingredients together until crumbly, then press in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix the next 3 ingredients and beat with mixer until smooth.
Pour over the first layer.
Sprinkle the top with pecans and bake for 35 minutes at 350Β°.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar as soon as removed from oven.
