Dandelion Wine
Dandelion Wine is an easy dinner. Made with 5 to 6 lemons, sliced thin, 2 gal. boiling water, 8 lb. sugar and 1/2 yeast (small) cake, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Combine the blooms with the lemons and add the boiling water; let stand 3 days.
Boil 20 minutes.
When cool, strain through a cloth.
Add the sugar and yeast cake.
Place in jars. Set aside to ferment.
Rack off and seal.
Be careful and be moderate.
