Dan'S Authentic Polish Pigs In A Blanket is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 c. flour, 4 eggs, 3/4 c. water, 5 large onions and 1/4 lb. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Boil 2 quarts of water in large pot.
Slice all onions in 2 frying pans and saute in 1/4 pound of butter.
Mix all flour, eggs and water in a large bowl.
Take dough mixture and roll it into 1 large thin pizza-shaped circle.
Cut out 2 fist-size, flat pieces of dough.
Place 3 tablespoons of ground beef in the middle of the 2 pieces of dough and press ends together.
Now the pig is in the blanket.
