Dad's Zucchini Bread
Dad'S Zucchini Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/4 c. sugar, 1 c. shortening, 3 eggs, 2 tsp. vanilla and 3 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cream sugar and shortening.
Beat eggs before adding, then add vanilla, cinnamon, salt, flour and baking powder.
Beat until well mixed.
Add and stir in zucchini and nuts.
Pour into 2 greased loaf pans.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour or until done.
