Dad'S Special Spaghetti With Meat Sauce is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 1/2 to 2 lb. lean ground beef or chuck, 1 onion, chopped, 1 clove garlic, mashed and chopped or 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, 1 large can mushroom slices (undrained) and 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In large skillet, cook ground meat, onion and garlic until meat is browned.
Drain off all fat.
Put all ingredients, except spaghetti noodles, into crock-pot and let simmer all day or may simmer on stove for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
