Dad's Meat Loaf
Dad'S Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 lb. pork sausage, 1 green pepper, 1/2 medium onion and 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Chop green pepper and onion fine; mix all ingredients, except reserved tomato soup, and put into baking dishes (at least 9 x 13-inch).
Top with reserved tomato soup.
You can garnish with green pepper slices.
Bake at 350Β° about 2 hours.
This meat loaf makes its own gravy-like sauce that tastes great over mashed potatoes.
