Dad's Fudge Cake
Dad'S Fudge Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick margarine, 1/2 c. cooking oil, 1 c. water, 2 tbsp. cocoa and 2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Bring to a boil the margarine, oil, water and cocoa.
Blend in mixing bowl the sugar, flour and salt.
Pour cocoa mixture into flour, sugar and salt mixture.
Mix well.
Add eggs, one at a time and beat well after adding each egg.
Add buttermilk into which soda has been added.
Add vanilla.
Batter will be rather sloppy. Bake in large jelly roll pan which has been greased and floured. Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
DO NOT OVERBAKE!
Soon as the cake comes out of the oven, frost.
