Dad's Favorite Potato Soup
Dad'S Favorite Potato Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 medium potatoes, cubed, 3 stalks celery, chopped, 1 medium onion, chopped, 2 chicken bouillon cubes and 1/2 stick butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Place chopped celery, onion, potatoes, water and bouillon cubes in pressure cooker and cook until tender (about 20 minutes). Mash with potato masher until smooth.
Add milk, butter, salt and pepper.
Stir to blend.
Heat to piping hot.
Do not allow to boil.
Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
Serves 4.
