Dad's Favorite Fudge Pudding
Dad'S Favorite Fudge Pudding is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 c. sifted flour, 1/4 tsp. salt, 3/4 c. sugar, 2 tsp. baking powder and 1 1/2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Sift together the flour, salt, sugar, baking powder and 1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa.
Combine vanilla, milk and butter and stir into dry ingredients.
Fold in pecans.
Pour into a greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Combine white and brown sugars with 4 tablespoons cocoa.
Mix with hot water, stirring to dissolve.
Pour over the batter in the pan.
Bake 45 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream, if desired.
