Cream butter.
Add sugars.
Beat in egg and vanilla.
Add wheat germ, salt, baking soda, oatmeal, peanut butter and flour and stir.
Gently stir in nuts and chips.

Bake in a 375Β° preheated oven for 10 minutes or until cookies are done.
