👨‍🍳 Instructions

Beat eggs until yolks and whites are well blended.

Add sugar, salt and vanilla.

Slowly add whole milk and evaporated milk, stirring constantly.

Line 9-inch pan with pastry; rub few drops of cold water over pastry.

Add filling; sprinkle top with nutmeg. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes.

Reduce to 325° for 15 to 20 minutes until a knife comes out clean.
