Beat eggs
2-quart measuring pitcher, with pouring spout.

Mix sugar, flour and salt together and add to eggs.
Add milk and vanilla.
Before pouring in custard.
(This will fill a 9 or 10-inch pie shell too full to transfer from counter to oven.) Sprinkle nutmeg or cinnamon on top.
Bake at
375Β° for 45 minutes to 1 hour until knife comes out clean from center.
