👨🍳 Instructions
Mix sugar, vanilla, salt, nutmeg and eggs, well beaten.
Add 2 cups hot milk according to the size of your crust.
Stir well. Bake 10 minutes at 425°.
Turn oven back to 375° and bake until silver knife comes out clean, about 25 to 30 minutes.
