Custard Pie
Custard Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 unbaked pie shell, 1 can eagle brand condensed milk, 1 1/2 c. hot water, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Preheat oven to 425°.
In a medium bowl, combine Eagle Brand milk, water, salt and vanilla.
Add eggs and mix well.
Pour into pie shells.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 300°.
Bake 30 to 45 additional minutes, or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
Cool at room temperature.
Refrigerate leftovers.
