Beat eggs and add corn, salt, pepper and cracker crumbs. Heat evaporated milk, water and butter to first mixture, add sugar.
Pour into greased and sprinkle with nutmeg.
Set in pan of hot water and bake at 350Β° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
