Custard
Custard is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. sugar, 4 eggs, 1 c. warm water or milk, 1/4 c. boiling water and 1 c. sweetened condensed milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix sugar in saucepan over low heat.
Remove from heat.
Add boiling water.
Stir until dissolved.
Pour in metal ring or pan. Coat bottom and sides of pan as much as possible with sugar mixture.
Beat eggs.
Add condensed milk and warm water or milk. Pour into sugar coated pan.
Put this pan into a bigger pan of water and bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
It is done when a knife inserted 1-inch from edge comes out clean.
