Curry-Crusted Bananas
Curry-Crusted Bananas is an easy dinner. Made with 4 firm bananas, peeled, 1 stick melted butter, 1 teaspoon curry powder, 2 cups crushed cornflakes and sugar for sprinkling (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Preheat the oven to 450Β°.
Half the bananas lengthwise, then crosswise.
In a bowl, mix the melted butter and the curry powder. Dip the bananas in butter mixture.
Roll in the cornflakes until completely coated and sprinkle with sugar, if desired.
Place the bananas in a greased baking dish and bake for 10 minutes.
