Curry Chicken Salad
Curry Chicken Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 chicken breasts, skinned and halved, 1 stalk celery, sliced thick on angle, 1 parsley sprig, 4 lemon slices (thick slices) and 1 onion, diced (large), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Place chicken first, celery stalk, parsley, lemon slices, diced onion, celery seed, salt and pepper in a saucepan.
Cover in water and cook, covered, about 18 minutes, depending on size of chicken breasts.
When chicken is done, drain and discard other ingredients.
Cut chicken in long slices or dice (large).
Place green onion, other celery stalk and paprika.
