Curried Pecans is an easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. garlic powder, 2 c. pecan halves and 1/2 tsp. curry powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In a heavy 10-inch skillet over medium heat, stir together oil, salt and garlic powder.
Add pecans.
Cook and stir constantly for 8 to 10 minutes, or until toasted.
Remove from heat.
Sprinkle curry over pecans and stir to mix well.
Serve at room temperature.
