Curried Orange Chicken
Curried Orange Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (2 1/2 lb.) fryer chicken, 3/4 tsp. curry powder, 6 tbsp. orange juice, 3 tbsp. honey and 1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Cut up chicken. Sprinkle chicken pieces with curry powder. Rub into meat. Arrange in baking dish, skin side down.
Combine orange, juice, honey and mustard in small saucepan.
