Curried Fruit Bake
Curried Fruit Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can pear halves, drained, 1 (16 oz.) can peach halves, drained, 1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained, 5 maraschino cherries and 1/3 c. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Place pears, peaches, pineapple and cherries in casserole. In small saucepan, melt butter.
Add sugar and curry powder. Spread over top of fruit.
Bake, uncovered, at 325Β° for 1 hour. Serve hot.
Makes 8 to 12 servings.
