Curried Cauliflower
Curried Cauliflower is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. cauliflower, broken up, salted water, condensed cream of chicken soup, 1/3 c. mayonnaise and 1 c. grated cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Cook cauliflower in salted water until barely cooked.
Drain. Put cauliflower in a 2-quart casserole.
Mix together soup, mayonnaise, cheese and curry powder; spoon over top.
Melt butter in a small saucepan.
Stir in crumbs to coat.
Sprinkle over top. Bake, uncovered, in a 350Β° oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
