Cupcake Cheese Cakes is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 3/4 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1 tbsp. vanilla and 1 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Preheat oven at 375Β°.
Mix ingredients until fluffy.
Line cupcake tins with paper baking cups.
Place a vanilla wafer in bottom of each.
Fill cups 2/3 full with cheese mixture.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Cool and top with cherry pie filling.
Chill cheese cakes.
