Cucumbers in Sour Cream
Cucumbers In Sour Cream is an easy dinner. Made with 2 cucumbers, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 c. sour cream and 1 small spanish onion or 2 young green scallions with stems, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Pare cucumbers and slice as thin as possible.
Put in a salad bowl with onion.
