Cucumber Salad
Cucumber Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 thai peppers, 2 cucumbers, shredded, 2 carrots, shredded, 12 cherry tomatoes and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Crush the Thai peppers until fully crushed.
Place in a large bowl.
Shred cucumbers and carrots and place in bowl with peppers. Toss until fully mixed.
Cut cherry tomatoes in half.
Gently squeeze the juice from the tomatoes into the mixed vegetables and then drop tomatoes in.
Add salt and lime juice into the mixed vegetables and toss salad again.
