Cucumber Rounds
Cucumber Rounds is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) bar cream cheese, softened, 1 pkg. dry italian dressing mix, 2 tbsp. mayonnaise (more if needed), 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced thin and 1 loaf bread, cut in rounds, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Blend softened cream cheese, dry Italian dressing mix and mayonnaise until smooth.
Cover bread rounds with mixture.
Place a cucumber slice on top of each bread round.
Sprinkle dill seed over the cucumber slices.
