Cucumber Pickles is an easy dinner. Made with 1 peck cucumbers, 1 c. salt, 2 qt. vinegar and 1 qt. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Wash cucumbers and put in enamel container.
Add 1 cup of salt and cover with boiling water.
When vinegar and water come to a boiling point, pack in jars.
Add 1 tablespoon of salt to each quart jar.
Cover with hot mixture and seal.
