Cubed Steak Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 6 pieces cubed steak, 3 to 4 medium potatoes, sliced, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/4 c. water and 1 small onion, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Layer steak on bottom of casserole dish.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Layer onions, carrots and then potatoes.
Heat soup, water and margarine and pour over other ingredients.
Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 375Β°.
