Cuban Beans
Cuban Beans is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans black beans, 1 large yellow onion, chopped, 1/2 jar pimento, 3 tbsp. crushed garlic and 1 green pepper, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Saute onion, garlic and green pepper in 1 tablespoon of oil. Add 1 teaspoon of sugar and remaining ingredients.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Cook over low heat for 45 minutes.
Squeeze an orange over this mixture and serve with plantain chips.
