Crusty Chicken Breasts
Crusty Chicken Breasts is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 3 tbsp. prepared mustard, 1 stick melted butter or margarine, 8 boned chicken breasts and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. herbed stuffing mix, crushed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Heat oven to 350Β°.
Use 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Thoroughly mix mayonnaise, mustard and butter.
Dip the chicken breasts in the mixture and roll in the stuffing.
Place breasts in baking dish.
If there is stuffing left, stir it with the remaining butter mixture.
Sprinkle around the breasts.
Bake, covered, for 1 hour.
Remove cover and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
