Combine flour and butter in bowl; cut butter into flour until smaller than peas.
Mix in cream and vinegar.
Stir in cheese; form a ball. Roll dough out on floured surface to 1/4-inch thickness.
Cut into rings with doughnut cutter.
Place rings and holes on ungreased baking sheet about 1 apart; chill for 30 minutes.
Brush tops with egg white.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 450Β° for 10 minutes or until lightly brown.
