Crustless Quiche Muffins
Crustless Quiche Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. bacon bits, 3/4 c. heavy cream, 1 c. shredded cheese, 6 eggs and 10 oz. frozen broccoli, thawed and squeezed dry, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Butter muffin tins.
In large bowl, combine eggs, cream, broccoli, salt and pepper.
Stir in bacon bits.
Pour into muffin tins, filling each approximately halfway. Bake 1 hour or until knife in center comes out clean.
Makes 12 to 15 muffins.
